Do not scrape, crawl, bulk-download, record, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or create a competing dataset from public excerpts, jury content, rankings, or other service materials. Do not reverse engineer, bypass, probe, overload, or interfere with authentication, queue controls, playback limits, integrity checks, or checkout paths.
Do not use bots, scripts, automation, artificial listening, click farms, coordinated voting, or other methods to manipulate engagement, scores, tastemaker standing, rankings, Certified eligibility, or public perception.
3. Respect people and rights
Do not upload or share content that infringes rights, violates privacy, contains malware, includes unlawful or exploitative material, or is intended to harass, threaten, shame, discriminate against, or expose someone. Do not seek or publish an artist's identity from an anonymous jury entry.
Do not treat any score, ranking, seal, feedback, or public listing as a financial instrument, appraisal, guaranteed endorsement, or guarantee of value or resale price.
4. Paid features
Do not misuse promotions, payment flows, refunds, discounts, or account entitlements. Paid checkout is provided through a third-party platform. Attempting to circumvent payment, access, or entitlement controls is prohibited.
5. Enforcement
